Our WiOPS Member of the Month for August 2017 is Yolanda Spedden. She works at J&M Concrete Contractors and says that she loves the opportunities for creative, beautiful designs that can be achieved with concrete. Her coworkers would describe her as social, a team player, always smiling, outgoing, generous and willing to learn. It’s no surprise that she would state that the biggest thing she’s learned in this business is that “it’s not what you know but the relationships you develop that will make you love your job.” In her spare time Yolanda enjoys to run, golf and exercise.
