As a long-time supporter of WiOPS, Swinerton has chosen to host this WiOPS event as a way to celebrate and empower women, as well as to raise awareness about disparities and discrimination that women face in various fields. Swinerton promotes gender equality and female empowerment and fosters professional development and networking opportunities for women. Swinerton values the contributions and accomplishments of women and recognizes the importance of promoting gender equality and opportunities for women.
