Andrea Davis

Andrea works at Performance Contracting Inc as a construction manager. She has been in the construction industry for 18 years and lives in Alamo California. Andrea ended up getting in construction because her older brother worked in the industry and recruited her because he saw a desire and need for more women in construction. One of her favorite things about the construction industry is taking a design on paper and bringing it to life.

Besides being an active member of WiOPS, Andrea enjoys playing tennis in her free time and in the past was very involved in NAWIC. One of the people who inspires her most is her sister-in-law Jill Steiner who works in the construction industry as well. She just left her position at a large Civil company to start her own business. Jill’s drive and confidence, while still being a very hands-on mom to her two nieces inspires Andrea to raise her own bar! What a amazing family!
