Join us in celebrating our July 2026 WiOPS Member of the Month, Lisa G. Stain. Lisa is a Sr. Outside Sales Rep for Muhlhauser Steel.
Lisa began her career in construction by sheer chance. Due to personal challenges, she started as a temp at Paragon Steel out of necessity and never looked back.
She finds that her favorite thing about construction is seeing a project come to completion after months, sometime years of design and constructability challenges. She also appreciates how the industry has changed. She sees the support and encouragement for having women join the workforce. That was not always the case 30 years ago.
She values WIOPS’ commitment to supporting and encouraging women to not only enter the construction field, but to strive to be better and stronger than what is expected of us.
