Skanska Presents – The Power of Addressing and Resolving Difficult Conversations with Uli Mueller
Thank you to Skanska for hosting our February event with an interactive workshop led by Uli Mueller focused on providing us with tools designed to guide us through conflict resolution. We increased our awareness of what we as humans physiologically experience during difficult conversations. We recognized triggers and identified those invisible vibes we put off and receive. Most importantly, we practiced the Feedback Process to equip us with a tried and true method for having tough talks with our peers. Mindset is everything.
