Women Building Change with Barb Jackson

We would like to give a hearty Thank You to Barb Jackson for leading our May event on “Why Women, Why Now”.  This was an engaging discussion well attended by WiOPS members and was quite successful as a remotely hosted event.  Barb shared insights on women in leadership roles and the work we have left to do to continue growing women in the construction industry.  We broke out into groups and discussed our personal experiences with mentoring and growth opportunities as well how the evolving world with COVID is impacting our work life balance.  The meeting left us feeling encouraged and uplifted with some great book recommendations for continued learning.
