There are many different events coming up that celebrate and recognize the achievements of women. Here at WiOPS, we are immeasurably proud of all the powerful and inspiring women that make up our organization and are excited to celebrate with all of you! In honor of WIC Week, International Women’s Day, Women in Construction’s West Coast Conference, and ENR’s upcoming Groundbreaking Women in Construction, we will be highlighting our members throughout the month of March. To take part in this, send photos of yourself, your coworkers, and any other women in our industry to info@womeninoperations.com. They can be on the jobsite, at any of the events taking place throughout the month, in meetings, or during the normal day-to-day! We will be featuring these on our LinkedIn and our social media profiles. Below is information on each of the different events.

NAWIC WIC Week – March 2019

We are only a few short weeks away from WIC Week 2019! NAWIC will be holding a variety of different events throughout the week to highlight, recognize, and celebrate the many different women in our industry. Our very own SoCal Chapter Vice President Kasie Bowden, a Project Superintendent with Hensel Phelps, will be featured as a panelist alongside four other industry leaders at the March 7th Luncheon! We are proud to be an industry partner of NAWIC’s for such a momentous week.

              – March 5th – Breakfast Event at Los Angeles City Hall (8AM)

              – March 6th – Fundraising Event at Pour Hous (6PM)

              – March 7th – Luncheon* at The LA Hotel Downtown (11AM)

                             *SoCal Chapter Vice President Kasie Bowden will be a panelist at the March 7th event!
