WiOPS Governing Board Golf Classic

Diversity-Equity-Inclusion three words that are found in every business journal today.  The importance of DEI is not lost on corporate America as the results to the bottom line are hard to ignore. As a construction industry leader, efforts to address DEI is additionally challenged as we lag behind the trends of corporate America. Overall, women make up less than 11% of the construction workforce, including trades women. In senior level positions, women are still under-represented. Mentoring, networking, and focusing on the development required to help our members rise to—and succeed at—senior levels of management has been WiOPS’ primary goal and mission.

As we continue to expand to reach a larger audience, WiOPS governing board is expanding the website and adding new chapters. Our goal to fund these two measures is $65,000. Your support of our golf event will be a step towards this goal.

WiOPS extends a thank you to the industry partners who have helped us succeed over the past 10 years. We hope you will join us for a fun and unique golf event.  This event is geared to all, new players and scratch golfers, men and women, new hires and senior level executives.
