Join us in congratulating the February 2025 Member of the Month, Tina Hayati! Tina is a Plumbing Estimator for Murray Company and has been working in the industry for 2 years. She explored Aerospace and Software industries as a Mechanical Engineering student at California State University of Long Beach before landing in the construction field and hasn’t looked back since her construction internship. She enjoys watching the construction process transform from simple outlines into a completed building, knowing that her role in planning and cost analysis contribute greatly to the groundwork for the projects to come to life. The dynamic environment and unforeseen conditions that we experience in the construction industry was a pleasant surprise, learning that each day is a new challenge and opportunity and allow us to use critical thinking skills. Tina appreciates the opportunities to connect and learn from other construction industry women at the WiOPS events, and specifically enjoyed working on her golf swing at the networking Golf Event with Bernards!
