This promises to be an engaging opportunity for you to connect with individuals at various stages of success, providing valuable insights for challenges you may face before, during, or after a project. It offers a platform to ask questions you may find difficult to address in your day-to-day work or to better understand the different roles within your field. Additionally, we’ll be hosting our annual Shop Tour, where you’ll have the chance to explore this year’s new signage!
A message from AD-S
Our company is excited to host the WiOPS event as it provides a valuable opportunity to foster growth within the industry and contribute to the broader conversation about the critical role signage plays in business and branding. We believe in the importance of educating others on how signage impacts visibility, communication, and success, and this event allows us to share that knowledge with others in the industry.
What we value most about WiOPS is the sense of community it has cultivated within the construction industry. It creates a collaborative environment where both women and men from various trades can come together, share knowledge, and build lasting professional relationships. This inclusivity and support for networking have been instrumental in strengthening our connections and fostering a more unified industry.
Over the past decade, AD/S has seen significant growth in female representation across our team. Historically, our sales team was predominantly male, with only 1-3 women sales executives. Today, we are proud to have a more balanced team, with 6 women and 3 men serving as sales executives. Additionally, our Vice President of Sales is a strong, accomplished woman, and every department within AD/S—including estimating, fabrication, and installation—has a woman driving key initiatives. This shift reflects our commitment to diversity and the invaluable contributions women make to every aspect of our business.
