Focus Group: Mentorship Dinner

WiOPS Southern California is hosting an intimate focus group event all about mentorship! Mentorship is one of our core principles, and we’re excited to learn more about what potential mentees are looking for and how we can help. This dinner event is specifically for women that would like to be paired with a formal mentor to help them navigate career growth, personal development, advice, and much more. This will be a small-group event focused on intentional and honest conversation, so we have a very limited amount of spots. To let us know you’re interested, apply using the RSVP link. Please provide as much information as possible so we can find the mentor best-suited for your wants and needs! Depending on demand, we are hoping to make this an ongoing program.

Before applying, please ensure you are able to attend a dinner in Orange on Tuesday, July 15th at 4:30pm, and also that you’re committed to meeting with a potential mentor throughout the upcoming year.

As we look to further our connection with other women in the industry, we hope to connect individuals that share similar interests, are at a similar stage of life, and/or are going through career challenges. By doing this, we hope to provide a platform for WiOPS members to support one another, learn from one another, encourage one another, and uplift one another.
