We’re excited to highlight some recent news amongst our WiOPS Southern California members and board members!
Join us in congratulating Leah Wimberly on her recent appointment to the Western Wall and Ceiling Contractor Association’s Executive Board! In a historic move that reflects the construction industry’s evolving leadership landscape, Leah becomes the first woman to hold a role on the WWCCA’s Executive Board of Directors since the association’s founding in 1901.

In addition to her work with WWCCA, Leah has been an invaluable asset to WiOPS for over a decade and currently serves on our Governing Board. Prior to that, she served as our SoCal Chapter’s President, helped launch our NorCal Chapter, was instrumental in navigating WiOPS through the Covid pandemic, and has been a champion for our organization and our industry alike.
Leah has spent her entire career at Pacific Wall Systems, a woman-owned union specialty contractor based in Southern California. She began as an estimator and project manager before becoming principal in 2022. In her current role, she oversees estimating, contract negotiations, and project strategy, supporting clients in healthcare, security, retail, and education sectors.
Congrats Leah!
