Join us in congratulating the October 2025 Member of the Month, Jaymie Fisher! Jayme is an Assistant Project Manager for Dean Visosky Contractors and has been in the construction industry for 15 years. Her journey into the construction industry began when she was working as the Director of Volunteers for Habitat for Humanity of Orange County. Spending time on construction sites throughout the years, she came to realize that she enjoyed the construction process and building before making the move to the construction management team to take a more active role in the construction process, and eventually found herself in her current company with Dean Visosky Contractors. Jaymie was surprised how much she liked being part of the construction industry, and appreciates that in construction, you are always learning something new and that each day is different, with a result that has an impact on the community! She values the WiOPS community being approachable and easy to communicate with and meeting the strong females in the construction industry have been an encouragement to her in her career.
