Say hello to our WiOPS NorCal October Member of the Month Ally Long!
Ally is from South San Francisco and is an Asst. PM with McCarthy where she has worked for 4 of her 5 years in the industry. Ally told us her favorite thing about construction is the sense of community you get to build with not only your team members, clients and subcontractors; but also the very communities we work in every day. The bay area is filled with groups of diverse people from different backgrounds and perspectives. I learn something new every day from those I work with and that gets me excited every day! Ally is a DBIA Associate and involved in McCarthy’s Partnership for Women groups for Recruiting and K-12 Outreach. Her hobbies include all things crafty, scrap booking or sewing. She and her husband enjoy traveling and archery for fun!
