Ana Arnold

Join us in congratulating the November 2021 Member of the Month, Ana Arnold!

She started at Hathaway Dinwiddie in 1986 to fill a six-month accounting position which became a full-time position. She worked in other capacities and at other companies, but she found her way back to Hathaway Dinwiddie in 2008. What she loves about construction is “the incredible experience that you can gain by just showing up to work every day.” She adds, “when you’re in the field, there are numerous challenges that can come up. Working to resolve these challenges adds to the overall experience and knowledge at work and in life.” She’s found that the industry has empowered her. She says that she learned that she could do more than she thought she could do.
