Congratulations to our August WiOPS NorCal Member of the Month, Lara Cornelius. Lara is an Account Manager for Hilti in the San Francisco Bay Area. She is in her first year in the construction industry and her favorite part is having the opportunity to foster long-term relationships with hardworking people that share similar values, being part of a collective effort and strategy to build a project from the ground up, and being challenged every day to evolve professionally and personally.
Lara’s hobbies include exploring unfamiliar cultures, traveling, learning languages, and playing tennis. She also enjoys volunteering for young women’s leadership trainings and is a member of the Global Youth Leadership Foundation.
