Cassity Rae Ariete

Cassity is a Project Engineer at Sharpe Interior Systems, Inc. and has been part of the company and construction industry for 3 years.  Her favorite part of construction is that she gets to learn new things every day while coming to work. She enjoys being able to witness a project being built from breaking ground and up.

Cassity’s favorite WiOPs event was the Educational and Fine Dining Etiquette Class that was hosted by Sharpe.  The thing she values most about WiOPs is to see all the women coming together from different trades and supporting one another.  The percentage of women in construction is approximately 10% and she is proud of being part of that percentage and surrounding herself with the diverse women who support and empower one another.

Her favorite part of summer is being able to go to the beach, road trips and travel to places.

Advice: Have a POSITIVE ATTITUDE every day to work and be ready to face new challenges.
