WiOPS & The McCarthy Partnership for Women invites you to join us for a training on healthy project start-up and how to build high performing teams. A topic relevant to all of the WiOps members regardless of designation as any part of an OAC group. Learn to take underperforming teams, provide healthy conflict management, and construct a project team that can weather any storm.
