FMI Consulting Leadership Training

FreeWiOPS Southern California is thrilled to announce our first-ever leadership training course, specifically tailored to WiOPS members by FMI Consulting. This leadership training will be an interactive four-hour course focusing on the individual attendees and developing their leadership style and skill. Some of the portions will include:
- Leadership vs. Management: Understanding worldview and why leading is so different from managing.
- FMI’s Peak Leader Model: Understand the three critical elements of arriving at peak leader performance.
- ProScan Personality Profiles: Strengthen the way you work and become more self-aware by seeing how the ProScan Profile & Attributes impact leadership.
Please note: This is an immersive training session and to best provide the most impact to attendees, the capacity for the event will be 30 WiOPS members. Let us know of your interest by applying using the RSVP section on this page and filling out all the appropriate questions. Please note – this does not guarantee your spot. By applying for attendance, you are committing to attend the in-person training on Friday, February 16th.
Requirements:
-Applicants must be able to attend the in-person training session on Friday, February 16th.
-If selected to attend, you must fill out the online ProScan Assessment that will be emailed out to all attendees ahead of the training session. The assessment should last about 15 minutes.
-Please come ready to learn and engage with others.

-7:30am – 8:00am: Breakfast
-8:00am – 12:00pm: Leadership Training
-12:00pm – 1:00pm: Lunch and Networking
*Parking is limited and carpooling is recommended.*
