Hensel Phelps is proud to host the WiOPS 2025 event at our Irvine Regional Office on June 25th.

This year’s theme invites women to gather, connect, and reflect on how our unique working styles and personalities show up in the workplace. Through engaging conversation and shared insights, we’ll explore how greater self-awareness – and awareness of others – can foster stronger collaboration, deeper connection, and more productive working relationships.

Hensel Phelps is thrilled to host the WiOPS June 2025 event. With twice the national average of women in construction, Hensel Phelps supports women in the AEC industry. Hensel Phelps is proud of the women in our company and in our industry and wants to take an active role in recruiting, developing, and retaining women in construction professions. We’ve been actively engaged with WiOPS since its founding and look forward to hosting every year.
