2024 May Event NorCal Event with XL Construction

Please join XL in touring their recently completed Java Project! Java is a full campus development that includes a 6-story mass timber office, a 2-story mass timber gym, a 6-story precast concrete parking garage, and sitework renovation. The main office (“Building H”) features a mass timber structure with steel seismic cores. The design features minimal ceilings to highlight the natural beauty of the wood structure. Come join to learn about how all these structural systems tie together and see a beautiful new building!
