Congratulations to our July 2019 WiOPS NorCal Member of the Month, Jeanette Slye!
Company and position – Swinerton, Sr. Project Cost Administrator
With 7 years of experience in the industry Jeanette said this about working in the construction industry, “I love that I get to work in the industry of building things people depend on. Every project in construction is challenging with something new every day, and it is so rewarding to be a part of building things that matter and impact the people around us.” When Jeanette is not hard at work she enjoys camping, hiking, fishing and exploring the great outdoors. She told us, “If it’s an activity that takes place outside, I am all about it.” Living in Santa Clara she has access to enjoy all the great outdoor activities that Northern California has to offer.
When asked for a random thought she would like to share, Jeanette offered this: Have a goal in life, work hard, be dependable and always be thankful. “Nothing is impossible, the word itself says, “I’m possible!”
Jeanette has attended most of the WiOPS NorCal events and often helps out with set up, when you see her be sure to help us congratulate her as our July Member of the Month.
