Joanna Buss

Joanna works at ISEC, Inc as a Senior Purchasing Manager. She has been with ISEC and in the construction industry for over 21 years and lives in Vacaville California. Joanna started out with a degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Investigation and was a Litigation Claim Representative with an insurance company when her best friend who worked at ISEC told Joanna she should join ISEC, Inc. She then became a Purchasing Agent and learned how to read blueprints. Joanna already loved working with numbers and shopping is her favorite hobby, so as a Purchasing Agent, it was a perfect fit. Joanna gets to analyze budgets, shop and spend her day with people she truly enjoys and calls friends.

Her favorite things about the construction industry is working on some pretty fantastic projects, such as the Chase Center. She loves the variety and challenge of creating something for people to ooh and ahh over. In her free time Joanna loves to hang out with her husband, kids and new puppy named Axel. She also loves to escape to Tahoe whenever possible to enjoy some peace and quiet. Joanna is inspired by her family and friends who push her to be a better person every day. They encourage her to tackle new challenges and support her along the way, even when they think she is crazy. She feels very lucky to have them in her life.
