July 2018 – Michelle Garcia

Our WiOPS Member of the Month for July 2018 is Michelle Garcia.  She hired on with Hensel Phelps upon graduating from the construction management program at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. After spending 2 years in estimating, she went to work on the LAX United Airlines Terminal Redevelopment Program where she’s been for the last 5 years. She enjoys construction because she loves seeing the progress and results of her efforts. She also enjoys working in an industry where she’s active, whether it’s walking the job site or interacting with diverse people.

Michelle is a very active member of WiOPS and is an integral part of our Marketing Committee.   She loves to travel, read, run/spin, and spend time with friends and family.
