LeAnn Battle Laridon

Join us in congratulating LeAnn Battle Laridon as our July 2021 WiOPS Member of the Month! LeAnn has 14 years of experience in the construction industry. She had been working in banking and had a friend that was a Residential GC. She started working for him while she went back to CSULB, worked at another GC, and then found McCarthy. Her favorite thing about construction is “helping people and being part of a team that creates cool stuff for our communities.” She adds that with WiOPS, she loves “the opportunity to network with women from different sides of the industry (architect, trade partner, other GC’s) and the events that we hear from women and their personal career journeys.”  She has three grown children and one 6-year-old grandson (Maverick). LeAnn loves to ride motorcycles, go camping and spend time with her family.
