Congratulations to our WiOPS NorCal March 2019 Member of the Month Lenore Stormes!
With 30 years of experience in the industry Lenore still loves construction because she enjoys facing new challenges and learning new things everyday. She stays active in the industry through her involvement in i2SL NorCal Chapter Board Member, WIC, WiOPS, NAWIC, and National Association of Professional Women – Woman of the Year 2013-14. She shared, “I was always proud to be a woman in the construction field, now I am even more proud to have witnessed my lonely few compatriots grow to tens of thousands of hard working, talented Women in Construction! The talent and work ethic were there all the time, but it took a generation to open the doors of opportunity.”
Lenore lives in Castro Valley and outside of construction she enjoys being a watercolor artist, gardener and Happy Grandmother.
Lenore often helps out with registration and set up at our WiOPS events, when you see her be sure to help us congratulate her as our March Member of the Month.
