Join us in congratulating the June 2025 Member of the Month, Alison Baril! Alison is a Project Engineer II with Pankow Builders and has been in the construction industry for 9 years. Alison grew up in a family of plumbing contractors and loved the hands-on nature of the work. Originally a traffic engineer, Alison quickly realized that she wanted to be more involved in the field and made the switch to a subcontractor firm a few years ago before her current role at Pankow began this year. One of her favorite things about construction is the social aspect of the business and building camaraderie with the trade partners. The day-to-day collaboration makes problem solving as a team fulfilling each day. She notes what surprised her most about the construction industry, and also a piece of advice to those new in the industry, is that adaptability is key to being successful.
