Congratulations to Kaitlind for being selected as our March 2024 Member of the Month! Kaitlind is currently an Assistant Project Manager at Keller and has worked in the industry for 6 years.
Kaitlind received her Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from North Dakota State University in 2018. One of her favorite things about construction is getting to see the finished product of projects that she has worked on in the past. She takes great pride in knowing that she was part of these structures’ history. The things that surprised her about construction are the magnitude of opportunities it offers, and the different roles there are to play.
Kaitlind values that WiOPS provides the opportunity to network and share experiences with other women in construction. Her favorite event is the Bernards Annual Golf Event because it is always so much fun.
Kaitlind is currently working on improving her leadership skills and is realizing the importance of teaching and delegating tasks to others.
