Join us in congratulating the August 2024 Member of the Month, Kaye Horton. Kaye has 7 years of experience in the scaffolding safety field and 25+ years in the construction industry. She is currently a Safety Advisor at Commercial Scaffolding Inc (CSI). Kaye made her way into construction by filling a role that was supposed to be temporary but ended up finding herself in that position for over 14 years! She loves that construction is a tangible industry where you can watch nothing become something, and finds it interesting to witness people perform their craft since it is much more difficult than most people think. She enjoys taking care of people, which makes her feel fulfilled in her Safety Advisory position every day at work. She enjoys WiOPS’ connections and the feeling of community at events along with seeing the successes of other women in the industry on social media.
