Liv is the 2024-2025 President of NAWIC Orange County Chapter!

Join us in congratulating the January 2025 Member of the Month, Liv Hanlon! Liv is a Regional Manager at Hilti and has been in the construction industry for 13 years. Her journey into the construction industry is rooted in family tradition with her Grandpa working at Illinois Bell, which helped her Dad enter the industry on the sales side. Liv has enjoyed supporting both sides of construction industry with the field and corporate sectors. One of Liv’s favorite aspects of construction is witnessing the transformation of skylines and communities, along with the innovations that make construction more efficient. What has surprised her most about working in construction is the constant change and the need to be adaptable – no two days are ever the same! Liv values the impact and community within WiOPS, appreciating the learning opportunities, industry insights, and the support from fellow members, all while having fun. Currently, Liv is honing her skills in public speaking, finance, and delegating. Her advice to others is to accept help when it’s offered and encourages leaning on those who care about you for support.
