Join us in congratulating the March 2025 Member of the Month, Narda Reyes! Narda is a Contracts Administrator for Elljay Acoustics and has been in the construction industry for 16 years. She originally started in the medical field and took some time off when her son was born. She was then called in for a temp assignment at Elljay while they interviewed for a new admin, but her leadership was so happy with her performance that they offered her a full time position and the rest is history! Narda enjoys that no two days are the same in the construction industry and was surprised to learn that construction is just as much problem solving, communication, and teamwork as it is building. She enjoyed the AD-S WiOPS event’s panel of people sharing inspiring journeys to success and values WiOPS community of professionals who are committed to mentorship and empowering women in the construction industry. She shares to remember the value that you bring to the team and not let your title define you along with the importance of mentorship.
