Join us in congratulating the September 2025 Member of the Month, Sandra Kosko! Sandra originally went to school to be a high school English teacher and through the years, she began moving toward HR roles before finding herself at Siemens during the height of COVID with a temp billing position. She was quickly promoted to Service Supervisor and, after a couple years in that role, realized that her passion was with Project Management and made the switch to her current position. Sandra really enjoys that the construction industry is like a game: there are many different people and roles, levels or stages, but everyone is working toward the same goal in mind, using strategy and collaboration moving through the stages, ultimately winning in the end! WiOPS’ fun and educational experience has been a joy of hers, and she loves meeting like-minded ladies that are going through similar experiences in their day-to-day. She is currently studying to take the PMP exam this year, and shares that we are all just people doing a job and that it goes a long way to ask about people’s day and lives, follow up on how they are doing, and most importantly, smile and laugh!
