Join us in congratulating the August 2025 Member of the Month, Stephanie Pham Alatrash! Stephanie is a Superintendent for Snyder Langston and has been in the construction industry for 10 years. After considering several career paths, she ended up going to electrical trade school and choosing the construction industry. Stephanie enjoys the versatility of projects and project types construction, and that you are constantly learning something new. She values the friendships, support, and understanding of how important women are in the construction field that are all emphasized through WiOPS and is currently honing her real estate development and construction law knowledge.
