Join us in congratulating the September 2024 Member of the Month, Tasha Smiley. Starting her construction career in Accounts Payable, Tasha is now a Subcontractor Outreach Manager for W.E. O’Neil Construction and has nearly 19 years of experience! She values the hands-on creativity in the construction industry and seeing projects progress and complete after starting as sketches in the early phases. She also enjoys working with new technology and how construction is not just building a structure, but leaving a legacy and making impacts within the communities that we work in. Tasha values WiOPS’ community of people supporting women in construction while also offering support, panel discussions, and trainings to progress in their careers.
