Thank you to Hensel Phelps for hosting the June event Unlocking the Power of Personality at Work!
The event kicked off with delicious food and drinks, providing WiOPS members a great opportunity to socialize and reconnect with one another. This was followed by an engaging presentation led by Katy Boyle, Organizational Development Specialist at Hensel Phelps. Katy shared valuable insights on personality types and how understanding them can help foster stronger collaboration, deeper connections, and more productive working relationships.
Attendees then participated in breakout groups, where they shared personal experiences and learned from one another’s examples. The session offered both practical takeaways and meaningful conversations, making it a memorable and enriching experience for all.
