WiOPS members had a great time at the Hensel Phelps-hosted panel, “Women Who Build: Leadership, Resilience, and the Road Ahead.” Panelists—leaders of woman-owned small businesses—shared candid insights on their leadership journeys, the power of mentorship, and how resilience has shaped their paths, from navigating challenges to building authentic connections and advocating for others.
