Thank you Quality Environmental, Inc. for hosting the Kick Start 2025: Empowering & Energized Fitness Training event in January! Members were put into groups and rotated between different stations including kick boxing, self defense, and strength and conditioning. Everyone learned straight from world-class MMA instructors on how to wrap their hands, have proper form when punching and kicking and got a great workout!
There was also a special appearance by Women’s UFC Champion Carla Esparza!
At the end of the rotations healthy salads and a smoothie bar with immunity shots was available for all to enjoy! What a fantastic way to kick off the new year with health and fitness!
