WiOPS proudly hosted its May event, bringing members together for an evening centered on connection, celebration, and shared growth. Aptly themed “Blooming Connections,” the gathering created a welcoming and interactive environment where attendees could engage with one another in meaningful and memorable ways.
Upon arrival, guests were invited to participate in a unique and thoughtful icebreaker: selecting a flower that best represented their personality and professional approach. The four flower types—The Catalyst (Sunflower), The Specialist (Orchid), The Anchor (Daisy), and The Closer (Rose)—each symbolized different strengths and working styles. This creative exercise not only set the tone for the evening but also provided an easy and engaging way for members to spark conversations, find common ground, and better understand each other’s roles and perspectives within the industry.
The event continued with a lively mingle-style Bingo game designed to further encourage interaction among attendees. Participants moved throughout the space meeting new people, learning fun and interesting facts about one another, and marking off their Bingo cards along the way. The activity fostered genuine connections while adding a layer of energy and friendly competition to the evening.
In addition to the interactive elements, guests enjoyed a selection of food and drinks in a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. The setting allowed for both casual conversations and deeper discussions, reinforcing the sense of community that WiOPS strives to cultivate at each event.
