October 2018 – Lisa Lazaruk

Our October 2018 Member of the Month is Lisa Lazaruk! She’s an executive administrator at Karcher Firestopping & Karcher Insulation and has 20 years in the construction industry. Since she joined Karcher Firestopping fifteen years ago, it’s expanded to include another Karcher Company, Karcher Insulation. She enjoys that with construction “no two jobs are the same. ”She adds that each comes with its own challenges, and these challenges keep the creative juices flowing to find new ways to broach issues that come up.

In college, she majored in Studio Art at Cal State University, Long Beach. She notes it’s “a far cry from construction.” She’s been married for 16 years now and has a 13-year-old son. She loves to cook and experiment with new recipes and wine pairings.
