About Us
Women in Construction Operations (WiOPS) is a nonprofit organization founded in 2013 that strives to support the advancement of women in construction operations. Open to women and men in construction, architecture, or engineering professions, WiOPS provides monthly mentorship, learning and networking opportunities to ensure a pipeline of female construction leaders for today and tomorrow. Membership and meetings are free due to the generosity of industry sponsors.
WiOPS has chapters in both Southern and Northern California with plans underway for expansion to the East Coast.
